Grenada played well in all their games easily defeating host Antigua but lost steam in their final game against Dominica which would have given them two victories and a safe 6th position.
They however were still able to hold on to 6th place as a result of a superior goal average.
Everyone were happy to see Grenada participating and doing well. All of the Caribbean is routing for this country's full recover from Hurricane Ivan which has set them back a couple years economically.
The youngest player in the competition Nichell Noel hails from Grenada. Goal attack Clopatra Cato were their most valuable player. Among their awards was a Silver in the Performance Incentive Programme, Most Discipline Team, Best Team Spirit, 2nd place Best Team on Parade and 2nd place Most Improved Team.
