Dana Mae Crawford who I had the pleasure of playing netball alongside for Mona, UWI Jamaica sent me an invitation to a very interesting seminar for women that I thought I would share here on my blog.
Dana Mae was raised on netball, her mother Avril Crawford being one of Jamaica Netball Association's most distinguished past presidents.
All my Jamaican readers should take the opportunity to go and others from the Caribbean who can, should also make an effort to attend.
